Multi-Hole Probes

Payloads & Sensors

Description

Multi-hole probes measure flow velocity and direction (flow vectors) for wind tunnels, turbomachinery, test rigs and other fluid measurement environments. Available in 3-, 5- and 7-hole variants and multiple geometries (Straight, L-shaped, Cobra, Drilled Elbow, Eccentric Ferrule) and tip sizes (1.6–9.5 mm). High-accuracy, NIST-traceable calibration (factory calibration accuracy: angle ±1°, velocity ±1 m/s or 1% whichever greater). High-temperature versions rated to 900°C; can be calibrated from low subsonic (M=0.05) to supersonic (M=1.8).
