Description
VERSALAB is a specialized shotcrete measurement system that uses 3D laser scanning technology to accurately measure shotcrete thickness and volume. The system compares two subsequent 3D scans (before and after shotcrete application) to calculate the amount of shotcrete needed and verify the sprayed thickness. It features automatic scan alignment using markers, produces instant shotcrete spray audit reports, and can also be used for rock-mass movement monitoring and convergence measurements.
