The Strix 500 is a lightweight Group 1 UAV designed for long range and endurance missions with low radar signature and acoustic discretion capabilities. It features a stealth mode where the drone can fly with the engine switched off for greater acoustic discretion, 4 hours of flight endurance, and 80 km data link range. With a weight of only 11 kg, it's designed for easy hand launch and has a low logistical footprint, fitting into a single transport crate measuring 145 cm x 60 cm x 45 cm. The system includes automatic take-off and landing capabilities, flight termination systems, sensor redundancy, and supports multiple payloads.
