The FAE 2400 Helios is a solar-powered fixed-wing drone designed for long-endurance missions. It features up to 12 hours of flight time using solar energy and 3 hours on batteries alone. With a cruise speed of 50 km/h and maximum speed of 100 km/h, it's ideal for large-scale surveying, environmental monitoring, forestry, agriculture, port surveillance, firefighting, and flood monitoring applications. The drone includes autonomous flight capabilities with Pixhawk autopilot, digital telemetry up to 60 km, and 20 km video transmission range.
