Description

Intera is a software-enhanced inertial navigation system that provides GPS-free navigation for aerial platforms. It works with already-fitted inertial navigation systems to enable unjammable navigation using onboard data and signals of opportunity. The software enhances existing MEMS sensors to deliver performance comparable to $10k-$100k navigation sensors at a fraction of the cost, power, and mass. Key benefits include the ability to fly 10s of km into GPS-denied areas, operate in any weather conditions, and enhance machine vision and terrain navigation. Intera is designed for low-cost, high-volume delivery drones and requires minimal onboard computing (around Raspberry Pi level).
