Hornet Drone Piloting Apprenticeship Program (Internship)
Description
A state- and federally-registered drone piloting apprenticeship through Fullerton College that provides paid on-the-job training and classroom instruction for selected students. Participants complete the Uncrewed Aerial Systems Certificate, FAA Part 107 preparation, and OSHA 30 while receiving 8 months to 1 year of paid work experience with industry partners. The program issues a portable, nationally-recognized apprenticeship credential (journeyman status) to improve employability across industries.
