FIREFLY
Description
FIREFLY is a tactical loitering munition system designed for light ground forces operating in urban environments. It weighs only 3kg, features VTOL capability, and can attack both stationary and moving targets with or without line-of-sight to the operator. The system includes dual seeker technology, target tracker, homing algorithms, computer vision, and safe & arm fusing mechanisms. It enables beyond line-of-sight engagements and can be safely retrieved up to attack command. FIREFLY is a variant of Rafael's SPIKE family of precision-guided missiles.
