Description
The TFRPM01 is a revolutions per minute (RPM) measurement device designed for UAV applications. It features a Schmitt trigger input to shape non-uniform signals from RPM sensing elements, offloads the flight controller's MCU by self-counting pulses, and supports connection to Pixhawk controllers via standard I²C connectors. With a counting capability of up to 20 kHz, it can measure helicopter/autogyro rotor RPM, propeller RPM, and engine RPM. The device includes short circuit protection, input status LED indicators, and daisy-chain capability for multiple sensors.
