ZD-Ear Acoustic Drone Detection Sensor
Description
The ZD-EAR Acoustic Drone Detection Sensor is a passive UAV direction finder that uses advanced microphone arrays to detect and locate drones based on their acoustic signatures. It features up to 208 MEMS microphones with customizable outer diameters (30cm, 50cm, or 100cm) and can perform near-field and far-field acoustic measurements simultaneously. The system provides all-weather, communication-independent detection with rapid response times of 0.1 seconds and can detect drones up to 500 meters away. It operates completely passively without emitting signals, making it ideal for covert operations where other detection methods may be limited by weather, lighting, or signal jamming.
